You add a seat when you add a crew lead, and you can add or remove seats anytime. Need more seats than your plan includes? Move up a tier, or contact us for a custom seat count.

Can I change plans later?

Who counts as a billable seat?
Admins, supervisors, foremen, assistant foremen, and crew leads — the people who run the work. Field operators, customers, and contractors use the app free and never count toward your seats.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

What payment methods do you accept?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with regular backups, hosted on Google Cloud (Firebase) in US data centers with role-based access controls.
